Semi-government and municipal contracts ask for batch CoA and a current SDS at inspection. Both ship as standard.
Packaging that suits the site
25 kg bags where there is no forklift; jumbo bags where there is. Worth confirming your unloading capability before ordering.
Framework supply
O&M and FM contractors running several plants prefer one purchase order with scheduled call-off. We supply that way.
Trial quantities
One tonne to trial before committing. We do not gate pricing behind an annual volume commitment.
Emergency top-up
If a plant runs short, a truck from Dubai stock is faster than any import route. Call rather than email in that situation.
